Manuscript Submission Guidelines

(Please read following guidelines carefully before Submission of Manuscript)
1. Manuscript Preparation:
a)
Ensure that your manuscript adheres to the journal's formatting guidelines. Submissions should be prepared in Microsoft Word format, double-spaced, with 12-point Times New Roman font.
b)
Include a title page with the manuscript title, all author names and affiliations, corresponding author's contact information (including email address), and any acknowledgments.
c)
The main text should be organized into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion, following the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure for original research articles.
d)
Figures and tables should be placed within the manuscript at the appropriate locations, with clear captions and legends.
2. Authorship and Ethical Considerations:
a)
All authors listed on the manuscript should have contributed significantly to the study and agree to its submission for publication
b)
Authors must adhere to ethical standards regarding plagiarism, data fabrication, and conflicts of interest. Any potential conflicts of interest should be disclosed in the manuscript.
c)
The main text should be organized into sections such as Introduction, Methods, Results, Discussion, and Conclusion, following the IMRAD (Introduction, Methods, Results, and Discussion) structure for original research articles.
d)
Figures and tables should be placed within the manuscript at the appropriate locations, with clear captions and legends.
3. Submission Process:
a)
Manuscripts should be submitted electronically via the journal's online submission system.
b)
During the submission process, you will be required to provide metadata including the manuscript title, abstract, keywords, and the names and affiliations of all authors.
c)
Authors are encouraged to suggest potential reviewers for their manuscript, although the final selection of reviewers is at the discretion of the editor.
4. Review Process:
a)
All submitted manuscripts undergo a rigorous peer review process to ensure scientific quality and integrity
b)
Reviewers evaluate submissions based on originality, significance, methodology, clarity, and adherence to ethical standards.
c)
Authors can expect to receive a decision on their manuscript within a reasonable timeframe, typically within 6-8 weeks from the date of submission.
5. Publication Ethics and Policies:
a)
Authors should familiarize themselves with the journal's publication ethics and policies, including guidelines on data sharing, authorship criteria, and conflicts of interest.
b)
Any ethical concerns or misconduct identified during the review process will be thoroughly investigated, and appropriate actions will be taken.
6. Copyright and Licensing:
a)
Upon acceptance for publication, authors will be required to sign a copyright transfer agreement granting the journal the right to publish and distribute the manuscript.
b)
The journal operates under a Creative Commons Attribution License, allowing for the unrestricted use, distribution, and reproduction of published articles with proper attribution.
